With a $2bn+ pipeline of mixed-use, BTR, and residential developments, they are at the forefront of MMC style builds, delivering high-quality, community focused projects from concept through to completion.
Due to continued project growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join their high-performing delivery team.
The Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity to join a fully integrated developer / builder working across landmark projects in the Living Sector, including BTR and large scale mixed-use developments.
You will play a key role in the commercial management of major projects, working closely with development, construction, and delivery teams across the full lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- End to end contract administration across large-scale projects
- Procurement and management of subcontractor packages
- Cost planning, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Head contract and subcontract negotiations
- Variations, claims, and risk management
- Supporting project delivery teams to ensure commercial outcomes are achieved
- Driving value engineering and cost efficiencies
About You
- 6-10+ years experience as a Contract Administrator / Senior CA
- Experience on major residential, mixed-use, or commercial projects
- Exposure to developer builder or Tier 1/2 contractors
- Genuine interest and passion in MMC
- Strong knowledge of head contracts and subcontract management
- Ability to operate in a fast paced, high-growth environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
