The Role
- Managing front desk operations and welcoming visitors
- Handling calls, emails and general enquiries
- Coordinating meeting rooms and maintaining shared spaces
- Managing office supplies, couriers and facilities coordination
- Liaising with building management and external suppliers
- Supporting internal events and general office administration
About You
- Previous corporate reception experience
- Strong office coordination or office support experience
- Polished, professional presentation and communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft 365
- Proactive, reliable and team focused
