A specialist real estate advisory and agency business operating exclusively within the healthcare sector is seeking an experienced leasing professional to join its growing team.
This is an opportunity to work across high-profile healthcare developments, hospital precincts, and medical assets nationally, partnering with private developers, institutional landlords, healthcare operators, and investors.
The Role
The role offers the opportunity to lead complex healthcare leasing and strata sales campaigns while working closely with developers, landlords, investors, and healthcare operators across a national portfolio of medical and healthcare assets .
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing leasing campaigns across healthcare and medical assets
- Negotiating lease transactions from enquiry through to execution
- Driving pre-commitment activity for new healthcare developments
- Managing strata sales campaigns for medical suites and healthcare precincts
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, purchasers, developers, and healthcare operators
- Preparing leasing strategies, market analysis, reporting, and campaign recommendations
- Supporting business development initiatives and new client opportunities
About You
You are a commercially astute and relationship-driven property professional with strong leasing or sales experience, confident managing transactions end-to-end and building trusted client relationships within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience within commercial or retail leasing, commercial sales, development, or related property disciplines
- Experience working within Healthcare / Medical sales, BDM or liaison roles
- Strong transaction management and negotiation capability
- Proven experience managing campaigns through to completion
- Commercial acumen across rents, incentives, and deal structuring
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Current real estate licence or registration relevant to your state
- A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
