The Role
Reporting into the Managing Director, the role includes:
-financial accounting and reporting
-budgeting, forecasting and cost management
-managing JV capital calls, development drawdowns and interest capitalisations
-support JV partners with financial reporting, reconciliations and distributions
-financial modelling, feasibilities and analysis
-scenario analysis, sensitivity testing and ROI
-support the business to manage costs and funding risks across all project phases
The Person
You will be CA/CPA qualified and have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in the property development sector. Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a collaborative team will ensure your success in this role.
