We are recruiting for a dynamic and creative Customer Experience & Marketing Manager to join a leading national property group on an ongoing contract basis. This role will focus on enhancing the experience of commercial tenants and driving engagement across premium office and retail precincts in Queensland.
You’ll lead the planning and delivery of customer events, marketing activations, communications, and digital engagement strategies - building strong communities within key commercial assets while supporting leasing and brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the customer experience and engagement strategy across multiple commercial assets
- Drive events, activations, and precinct campaigns that elevate tenant satisfaction and community connection
- Oversee communications across workplace apps, social media, websites, and internal platforms
- Collaborate closely with Property and Asset Management teams to align engagement with operational priorities
- Support the marketing strategy for retail precincts and asset leasing
- Partner with external agencies and service providers to deliver high-quality, on-brand experiences
- Proven experience in customer experience, retail marketing, events or brand activations - ideally in property, retail, hospitality or lifestyle sectors
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Creative thinker with an eye for content, brand storytelling and digital engagement
- Familiarity with customer apps, CRM, or event platforms is a plus
- A collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities
