This is a permanent opportunity & suits someone with 4-5 years of solid Change Management experience looking to grow with the business, delivering project change from end-to-end and influencing a range of internal stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities
- Execution of all core change management activities throughout the project lifecycle, including change impact analyses, stakeholder analyses, engagement & readiness surveys, and user adoption tracking.
- Design stakeholder engagement strategies and documentation to support organisational buy-in and minimise the resistance to change.
- Develop communication and training plans to build user confidence and awareness, ensuring that they are tailored for the desired audience.
- Contribute to the change management COE uplift by supporting the development of templates, artefacts, tools, and frameworks that encourage consistency and quality.
- Act as the Change SME for the organisation, guiding operational and technical teams through best-practice change.
- ~5 years of experience in Change Management roles, ideally within the Financial Services sector (i.e. Banking, Insurance, Non-bank Lenders, Investment/Asset Management etc).
- Experience delivering large scale technology projects, guiding operational teams through process & system change.
- Any qualifications in Change Management such as Prosci, ADKAR, APMG or CCMP are well regarded, but not mandatory.
- An innate ability to connect with unique stakeholders across executive, management, and operational teams and address their pain points.
