Location – South Melbourne
On Offer currently is a Facilities Technician or Handyperson role for a Premium class Build To Rent (BTR) facility which will see you focussed on the identification and rectification of building maintenance issues, either from a hands on, or oversight of contractors perspective.
Reporting to the Precinct Facilities Manager, you are part of a dedicated FM team.
You will:
- Manage requests from residents,
- Undertake hands on general maintenance tasks,
- Engage & oversee technical trades.
We are looking for someone with relevant property maintenance experience and a positive helpful attitude who enjoys engaging with the residents and delivering best in class maintenance services.
Ideally, we are looking for
- Facilities experience in Hospitality, BTR, Student Accommodation, Aged Care or Lifestyle Living environments,
- IT proficiency and capable of learning new IT software,
- Flexibility to work the occasional weekends.
Benefits include Birthday Leave, Days in Lieu for additional hours, career opportunities including 2IC to the Precinct FM, and salary of circa $75,000 + Super.
