This is a genuine hands-on management role, sitting alongside an experienced Centre Manager and playing a key part in the day-to-day operations of a high-performing retail asset. Your responsibilities will span:
- Retailer relationships — being the first point of contact for tenants, supporting lease compliance, and helping retailers perform at their best
- Customer experience — driving centre-wide initiatives that keep shoppers engaged, coming back, and spending
- Operations — coordinating contractors, managing incidents, and ensuring the centre runs smoothly and safely every single day
- Marketing & activations — supporting events and promotions that bring the centre to life
- Financial reporting — assisting with budgets, monthly reporting, and performance tracking
