An opportunity is available for an Analyst to join a growing property economics and advisory consultancy providing strategic advice across a wide range of property sectors. The business delivers advisory services spanning urban economics, development advisory, acquisition and divestment, and asset or portfolio performance, partnering with clients to identify opportunities, enhance value, mitigate risk and support informed property decisions.
This role is ideal for a professional with up to 3 years’ experience, or a recent property economics or economics graduate, who is passionate about the property sector and keen to build a career in property economics and development advisory.
The Role
Working closely with industry leaders, you will support strategic property engagements across multiple geographies and asset classes. The role focuses on providing economic advice to support property development across all stages of the development lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Demographic profiling and population forecasting
- Market demand, market potential and Highest and Best Use assessments
- Supply and demand analysis across residential, commercial and mixed‑use markets
- Economic research, analysis and advisory reporting
- Supporting development, acquisition and divestment decision‑making
About You
You will be analytical, curious and motivated to grow your career in property economics.
- 0–3 years’ experience in property, economics, real estate or consulting
(or be a strong recent property economics / economics graduate) - Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail
- A genuine interest in property economics, urban economics and development advisory
- The ability to work collaboratively with senior professionals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, enthusiastic and client‑focused mindset
