The Opportunity
A well-established residential development business is seeking an Acquisitions Manager to support the identification and execution of greenfield and infill development opportunities across Queensland.
Working closely with senior leadership, this role offers exposure to site acquisitions, feasibility analysis, stakeholder engagement, and strategic growth initiatives within a high-performing development environment.
The Role
This position offers the opportunity to drive acquisition opportunities from initial identification through to feasibility, negotiation, and strategic assessment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying on- and off-market acquisition opportunities
- Managing due diligence programs and feasibility assessments
- Preparing and presenting acquisition recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Supporting negotiations with landowners and agents
- Conducting market analysis, mapping, and strategic reporting
- Building strong relationships across the property and development sector
- Contributing to acquisition strategy and pipeline growth
About You
You are an analytical and commercially minded property professional with experience in development acquisitions, feasibility analysis, or project valuations.
You will ideally bring:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Property, Valuation, or a related discipline
- Experience within residential development or acquisitions
- Strong understanding of development feasibilities and project assessment
- Exposure to Estate Master (DM or DF) or similar feasibility platforms
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organisational capability with the ability to manage competing priorities
- A proactive and self-driven approach to problem solving and stakeholder engagement
