About the Role
As a Team Assistant, you’ll step into a fast-moving environment where your organisational skills and proactive mindset will make a real difference. Working closely with a high-performing team, you’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating schedules, arranging travel, and preparing key documents. Beyond traditional administration, you’ll also play a hands-on role in supporting projects, streamlining processes, and ensuring the team has everything they need to operate at their best. This 12-month fixed term contract offers the perfect balance of variety and responsibility, you’ll be the central point of contact, building strong relationships across the business while helping to deliver seamless outcomes.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage diaries, meetings, and complex travel arrangements for the team
  • Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, and professional presentations
  • Provide support on projects, including research, tracking deliverables, and follow-up tasks
  • Maintain accurate filing systems, databases, and records
  • Liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders
  • Anticipate team needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise
  • Assist with team events, workshops, and ad-hoc requests as required
Skills & Experience
  • Demonstrated experience as a Team Assistant, Team Coordinator, or similar support role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and confidence with new systems
  • A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels
