We’re partnering with a privately backed, design-led vertically integrated developer delivering a landmark residential apartment development on Sydney’s Upper North Shore. With planning well progressed and significant capital behind the project, they are looking to appoint a Senior Development Manager to take ownership of one of their most important projects.
You will step into a highly visible role with real autonomy—working directly with decision-makers and leading the project from detailed planning through to delivery.
What you’ll be doing- Owning the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale, high density residential apartment community
- Driving planning outcomes and managing key stakeholder relationships
- Leading top-tier consultants to shape product, design and delivery strategy
- Managing feasibility, programme and commercial performance
- Taking the project through procurement, construction and completion
You’re likely already operating at Development Manager / Senior Development Manager level with 7–10 years’ experience , and a track record of delivering residential projects in Australia.
More importantly, you:
- Know how to drive a project—not just manage one
- Are commercially sharp and comfortable owning numbers
- Can influence consultants, authorities and internal stakeholders
