Working closely with Project Teams, Site Management and the wider Q-EHS function, you will embed quality requirements into day-to-day project delivery, support assurance activities and drive continuous improvement in line with company standards, regulatory requirements and client expectations.
- Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) across projects and sites
- Assist with compliance against applicable quality standards, certifications (including ISO) and regulatory requirements
- Participate in internal and external quality audits, inspections and assurance reviews, and maintain accurate records for audit readiness
- Work with Project Managers and Site Teams to integrate quality requirements into project planning, execution and delivery
- Review project quality documentation, including inspection and test plans, quality records and handover documentation
- Undertake quality inspections and reviews across active projects, documenting findings and agreed actions
- Support the close-out of non-conformances, defects and corrective actions, including root cause analysis and CAPA processes
- Promote a culture of quality awareness, accountability and continuous improvement across project and site teams
- Collaborate with Q-EHS colleagues to align quality, safety and environmental management systems
- Degree or formal qualification in Quality Management, Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience in a Quality Management or Quality Assurance role within construction or project-based environments
- Strong working knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and quality assurance processes
- Experience supporting audits, inspections and compliance activities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, multi-project environments
- ISO Lead Auditor or similar quality-related certification
- Experience supporting quality systems across multiple projects or sites
- Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma
- Familiarity with digital quality management or reporting systems
