The Property & Buildings team oversees the management of an extensive property portfolio, comprising over 540 buildings, including: community centres, administration buildings, restaurants and cafes, childcare centres, libraries, sports facilities, cemeteries, and public toilets.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide specialised professional support to the Property team by delivering expert property services to the business and property users
 - Administering/populating lease templates to optimise financial returns for the property portfolio
 - Removing redundant clauses in templates/agreements/contracts
 - Administer and manage leases & licences for a diverse range of property assets by coordinating renewals, rent reviews, and compliance checks, ensuring effective utilisation
 - Ensuring compliance with statutory and legal obligations, maintaining accurate property records
 - Delivering high-quality customer service and property advice to internal and external stakeholders.
 
You will have:
- Sound administrative skills across email, Word, Excel and Databases
 - The ability to follow clear instructions
 - Exposure to either (Property/leasing/licensing) OR (Administering legal/contracts/agreements) is beneficial
