We are seeking a motivated NSW Facilities Manager to join the business in St Leonards . You will oversee the end-to-end facilities management of a high-performing portfolio of six industrial assets across Western & Norther Sydney, ensuring operational excellence and safety.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance (planned and reactive) to ensure zero disruption to site operations and maximum asset reliability.
- Financial & Project Oversight: Monitor OPEX/CAPEX budgets and collaborate with the Asset Management team to deliver minor capital works and tenant fit-outs.
- Compliance & Risk: Ensure 100% compliance with WHS and statutory regulations while driving sustainability initiatives for energy and waste performance.
The ideal candidate will bring a technical mindset and a proactive approach to asset management.
Requirements:
- Technical Expertise: 5+ years’ experience in Facilities Management (Industrial/Commercial) with deep knowledge of building systems, plant operations, and mechanical/electrical equipment.
- Financial & Stakeholder Acumen: Proven ability to manage budgets, procure and onboard contractors, and maintain high-level relationships with tenants and internal stakeholders.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of WHS legislation, risk management practices, and essential services requirements.
