Just flagging our requirement for a Temp in August from Friday 7 th (handover with our onsite Manager, Desiana) until Tuesday 25 th August (Handover back to our onsite Manager, Desiana), while she is overseas on leave.
We need someone:
- Quite confident, able to work autonomously yet part of a team, as they are typically the only S&C team member onsite; with myself and Sarah (Sales) visiting 1-2 days per week + weekly online teams meetings with wider team.
- Comfortable with meeting / event space setups for workshops, meetings – experience with simple AV / booking systems is great
- Excellent customer service and written/verbal communication
- Can-do attitude, to maintain the office incl. dishwashers, printers, member pantry, access for members etc.
- Easily learn new technology/systems
- Onsite Monday – Friday, 8:30am-5pm
