About the Role
As the Concierge, you will be the welcoming face of the building, providing a seamless front of house experience for tenants, visitors and VIP guests. This role is fast paced, people focused and perfect for someone who is proactive, solutions focused and loves creating memorable interactions. This is a temp to perm position offering long term opportunities within an impressive portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome tenants, clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Proactively manage the front desk including calls, enquiries, passes and building access
- Support building operations by coordinating deliveries, contractors and visitor bookings
- Proactively anticipate tenant needs and respond to requests with urgency
- Assist with events, activations and tenant engagement initiatives
- Maintain immaculate presentation standards across all front of house areas
- Work closely with building management and security teams
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Previous concierge, front of house or customer service experience in corporate, hotel or premium residential environments
- Strong communication skills and a naturally engaging and personable style
- Highly proactive with a can do attitude and an ability to stay one step ahead
- High attention to detail with a passion for service excellence
- Confident with systems, scheduling and general administration
