The Opportunity:
This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for the commercial, residential and regional valuation business in Victoria.
As State Director, you will:
- Drive growth, performance and client outcomes across the Victorian commercia, resi and regional division.
- Have a hand in writing your own fees
- Lead and mentor a team of valuers, fostering technical excellence and professional development.
- Manage P&L accountability, budgets, and operational strategy.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients including corporates, banks, government, and investors.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, compliant valuation services across diverse commercial asset classes.
- Collaborate with national leaders to shape the direction of the broader business.
We are seeking an experienced leader who brings:
- Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) qualification.
- Significant experience in commercial and/or resi property valuation and advisory.
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results in a client-facing environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience managing financial performance.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A collaborative, forward-thinking approach with a commitment to quality and integrity.
