Key Responsibilities:
- Lead major statutory planning projects for renewables, data centres, and urban developments.
- Provide expert guidance on Victorian planning schemes and manage diverse stakeholders.
- Foster project team success in a collaborative, growth-oriented workplace.
- 5–8 years’ urban planning experience (consultancy or government).
- Strong knowledge of Victorian Planning Provisions, VPP, and GIS tools.
- Leadership and client engagement skills; statutory and strategic planning expertise.
