About the Role
This is a part-time administrator role with the opportunity to go temp to perm, offering great flexibility while still being right at the heart of the action. You’ll be the go-to person in the office – keeping things running smoothly, organising travel, supporting projects, and making sure the team has everything they need to succeed. From managing office supplies to helping coordinate training, inductions and events, you’ll have your hands across a wide mix of tasks and be a key support for the wider team.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide administration support across the branch, working closely with managers and coordinators
  • Oversee day-to-day office needs, facilities, supplies, and housekeeping
  • Coordinate staff travel, inductions, training, and safety documentation
  • Support financial processes including purchase requests, invoicing, and budget management
  • Act as the first point of contact for local stakeholders, building relationships with staff, suppliers, and contractors
  • Assist with freight and transport coordination to support operations
Skills & Experience
  • Proven administration experience with strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Customer service mindset with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with finance systems is advantageous
  • Knowledge of safety requirements, inductions, and compliance processes is desirable
  • Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a busy environment
